Build profile searchesConnect
Draft three short connection notes from a real shared context. Each option stays within LinkedIn's 200-character limit.
Write a connection noteExtract
Paste plain text or signature HTML and extract LinkedIn, X, website, email and phone details locally in the tab.
Parse a signaturePlan
Estimate monthly spend, expected matches and provider contribution from the same price and hit-rate model used on the SenderFinder homepage.
Estimate enrichment costThese tools follow the same job SenderFinder handles inside Gmail and Outlook: identify the person behind a work email, confirm the likely profile, connect with a specific reason and keep the lookup cost visible. They are intentionally narrow. Generic email marketing, deliverability and profile-writing utilities would attract a different audience.
The search builder and signature parser are useful before a paid lookup. The connection note generator starts after you have confirmed the profile. The cost calculator is for deciding when manual work stops scaling and which provider-key combination fits the volume.
The tools do not send form input to SenderFinder and do not load an AI model, analytics script or third-party widget. A search term leaves the page only when you explicitly open a Google, Bing or LinkedIn search link. Do not paste confidential message content into any online tool; the signature parser is designed for the short signature block, not an entire sensitive thread.
The browser extension is separate. When you configure a provider key, professional lookup fields go directly from the extension to that provider. Read the privacy statement before enabling paid lookups.
A public-web search can miss a private profile, a signature may contain no social link and a shared address may not belong to one person. SenderFinder uses a cheapest-first enrichment waterfall for the cases that remain, compares the returned name with the mail header and marks a mismatch as uncertain instead of silently presenting it as fact.
See the 50-address email-to-LinkedIn benchmark for measured hit rates and spend, then use the install guide to try the same workflow on your own inbox.
What the tools do, where their input goes and what they cannot prove.
Yes. They need no account and make no paid API call. The browser extension is also free; only optional lookups made with a provider key can cost money.
No. The forms are processed in the current browser tab. A generated search query goes to the named search service only after you choose to open its link.
No. It creates useful public-web and LinkedIn searches from the clues you provide. You must compare company, title and location before treating a result as the same person.
A provider price alone does not describe a waterfall. The model needs the chance each step answers after earlier steps miss, so SenderFinder uses conditional hit rates measured on its published 50-address run.
SenderFinder runs the signature scan and optional provider waterfall beside the email you are already reading.
This website may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. The SenderFinder extension is separate: it sends one anonymous daily usage summary unless you switch that off in its settings. Privacy
